FAQs
Instant bookings can be cancelled before a helper is assigned. Standard scheduled bookings receive a full refund 3 or more hours before the visit and up to 50% at 1 to 3 hours. Discounted or coupon bookings are non-refundable under the current policy.
Basic supplies are expected to be at home for most services. Each helper brings their own cloths and core tools; specialist chemicals can be added on request.
Pricing is by the hour, ฿ 179 per hour for this service. Your total is simply the rate times the duration you choose (from 30 min to 1.5 hrs).
